Position: Public Relations Manager — Karachi (Full-time)
Topline PR is hiring a Public Relations Manager to lead day-to-day delivery across corporate and brand accounts in Karachi. This role suits someone who can balance strategy with execution—own timelines, maintain quality, and keep communication clear with both clients and internal teams.
You should be confident in English writing and client-facing communication, and comfortable driving campaigns forward without needing constant follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Own account delivery: timelines, coordination, approvals, and quality control.
- Lead media relations planning: proactive outreach, reactive opportunities, and consistent follow-ups.
- Oversee content development and review (press releases, pitches, briefs, statements).
- Run client meetings confidently and ensure outputs are prepared to a high standard.
- Guide junior team members with clear direction, feedback, and task delegation.
- Track coverage and reporting; ensure reports reflect objectives and outcomes clearly.
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Sciences, IR, Marketing/Business, or a relevant discipline.
- 4–5 years of PR/communications experience (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Strong English speaking + writing (client communication, proposals, press materials).
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to handle clients professionally.
- Organized, proactive, and accountable—driven by growth and performance.
