Public Relations Executive

Position: Public Relations Executive
Topline PR is hiring a Public Relations Executive to support day-to-day execution across client accounts. This is an execution-focused role—ideal for someone who can write clearly in English, coordinate confidently with stakeholders, and consistently deliver work on deadlines without constant supervision.
You will support media outreach, content drafting, coverage tracking, and on-ground coordination where needed (events, shoots, interviews, etc.). A strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily PR tasks across assigned accounts (coordination, follow-ups, timelines).
- Draft PR materials in English (press releases, pitches, short briefs, talking points).
- Build and maintain media contacts/lists; support outreach and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor coverage, track updates, and compile clean weekly/monthly reporting.
- Support account leads in presentations/proposals through strong formatting and communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Sciences, IR, Marketing/Business, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of PR / communications experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong English speaking + writing (emails, client communication, drafts, proposals).
- Confident coordination skills, professional tone, and disciplined follow-up habits.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented (proofreading + clean formatting).
- A growth mindset—self-motivated, proactive, and interested in building a long-term career.
