Topline PR is hiring a Sales Manager to manage inbound leads from first response to closing. This role suits a self-starter who can communicate confidently in English, handle client conversations professionally, and move prospects through a structured sales process without needing constant supervision.
You will be responsible for qualification, follow-ups, proposals/quotations, and closing—while maintaining a clean pipeline and consistent conversion performance.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, website) and respond promptly.
- Qualify leads, understand needs, and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Prepare proposals/quotations and present them clearly to decision-makers.
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and drive leads to closure.
- Track pipeline stages, next steps, and conversion performance consistently.
- Coordinate internally to confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables before closing.
- Meet monthly targets through structured execution and professional communication.
Sales Manager Requirements
- Master’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or similar).
- Strong English speaking and writing (emails, proposals, client communication).
- Proven experience in sales/client conversion (service-based selling preferred).
- Strong presentation skills, negotiation ability, and clean documentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with accountability.
